Pon Kalyani has completed her Masters and a Bachelors in Education. She is also a certified Montessori Trainer. She started her career as a preschool teacher. She has 4 years of experience in preschool teaching. She believes that teaching adds more purpose to her life and helps her become a better person. She believes that teaching opens up new opportunities for both the teacher and the learner.
Pavithra has completed her Masters in Business Administration and also has a Diploma in International Teaching. She is a dedicated and enthusiastic educator. She sees it as her responsibility to help children grow up to be accountable, self-reliant adults.
Sangeetha is an MCA graduate and has worked as a corporate trainer. She is a passionate teacher and has 9 years of experience in teaching. She loves to create an engaging classroom environment which not only makes the children understand concepts but also enables them to enjoy learning. She believes that every child has a unique learning curve and a variety of activities will keep everyone engaged and interested.
Tharakeswari is a compassionate teacher, who believes that learning is a continuous process. She practices collaborative teaching methods for effective understanding of concepts. She applies active learning strategies to engage young minds. As a primary educator, she creates a joyful learning environment in her class.
Kalvikarasi is a passionate and energetic teacher. She has a Master’s degree in Mathematics. Being a math educator her goal is to make her students ‘think and work mathematically’. She also makes sure that the children enjoy her math classes by participating in hands-on math activities. She encourages initiatives from students in the classroom.
Mitali is a passionate teacher and enjoys teaching Social Studies and English. She likes conducting quizzes for students across grade levels. She holds a Masters degree in English and Bachelors degree in Education. She believes in promoting independent thinking and encourages her students to express their thoughts with confidence. Interacting with young minds and engaging with students motivates her.
Lakshmi is an inspiring, hardworking and dedicated teacher, who holds a Master’s degree in education. Apart from classroom teaching, she also believes in inculcating moral values in children. She has a passion for writing compositions, poems and giving speeches.
Yashi is a Master’s in Chemistry. Her love for languages prompted her to acquire a Master’s in Hindi Literature as well. She has been a teacher for more than 14 years and promotes a cheerful, positive learning environment. She encourages her students to speak their minds, with politeness and the right spirit. She believes in the immersion technique to learning a language well, and calls for all activities to be done in Hindi in her sessions.
Shanti is a primary educator who has been with Harishree for the past 11 years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Indhira Gandhi Open University. Also trained in the Montessori method of pedagogy, she believes every child is unique and this uniqueness is his/her power. She is committed to building a nurturing and supportive space where children can grow and blossom in their own unique ways.
Saranya took to teaching to make a difference in the lives of children. She engages actively with her students and promotes a healthy, joyful, responsible working environment. An engineering graduate, she found her calling in teaching. She makes an attempt to connect with every individual child and provide what he/she needs to pave the way for effective learning.
