Aishwarya has completed her B.tech IT and has had a stint in the corporate sector. However, she is genuinely drawn towards the montessori principles and policy, which made her take up the montessori teacher training course. She is enthusiastic about working with younger children, as she can relate to the needs of pre-primary children with ease. She strongly believes that mastery can be achieved through freedom in the learning environment.
Smitha Krishna is a trained Montessori Educator and has a B.Ed(Special Education) to her credit, She has undergone an intensive Teacher’s Training course by Madras Dyslexia Association(MDA) to further consolidate her knowledge and skill. A compassionate teacher, she believes learning is a continuous process. She has been with Harishree for over 10 years and looks forward to more and more productive work with the young minds.
Padmini has a Bachelor ‘s degree in Computer Application. Her Master’s in Psychology helped her to evolve as a person. She is creative and very keen in teaching art and craft activities.She endeavours to understand the needs and perspectves of every individual child and come up with teaching/learning strategies.
Rekha is a Montessori teacher and handles Tamil as her primary responsibility for children in the Harishree Junior Campus. A trained montessori from IMTC, Chennai, her teaching style lays emphasis on engaging children mind, body and soul in the learning proess. She takes special effort in making her sessions interesting, interactive and fun. She holds a bachelors degree in Math and has several academic awards to her credit.
Geetha is a trained Montessori Educator who holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Education. She resonates with the Montessori tenet that children are born with their own cosmic task and we are only facilitators of this process. She endeavours to stimulate the curiosity of children by using Montessori material and other creative methods in a prepared environment. She believes that this will lead to joyful learning.
As a Montessori teacher, Kavitha believes her role is to guide the children to become responsible and independent individuals. She encourages creativity, imagination and exploration in her classroom. She endeavours to create curiosity in them and provide space for language, art and craft activities, underlining the importance of expression. She looks forward to spending her time with the children every day.
Lakshmi.S is a post graduate in Economics and comes from a corporate background. Her passion towards children and teaching motivated her to pursue a Diploma in Montessori Education. She’s been with Harishree for the past 4 years. She endeavours to help every child prepare for success in life and become a responsible citizen. She believes every child is uniquely talented and with the right opportunities, will perform at his or her highest potential. She is an ardent believer in the Montessori way of life and is interested in the overall development that includes physical, emotional, intellectual and social.
Maria Shalini is a passionate teacher. She is an art & crafts teacher as well as a partner teacher, playing a supportive role. She believes mutual trust, respect and caring foster healthy interpersonal relationships. She encourages children to explore new ideas in Art & Crafts. She is currently pursuing a bachelors’ degree in Education, with specialization in Special Education.
Priyanka is an accommodating and versatile teacher who believes that every child is unique. Her speciality is in working with interdisciplinary team members and making suggestions appropriate to students’ learning goals.
Nateshkumari.R is an engineering graduate in Electronics & Communication Engineering. A trained Montessori teacher, she found her calling in working with young children. Radha endeavours to create a nurturing environment for the children. She takes special effort in making learning fun, interesting and encourages the child to take ownership of his work. She believes in building independence, responsibility and self-confidence in the child.
Pavithra is an ardent Montessori teacher and loves working with young children. She believes children should learn in a supportive and creative environment. She endeavours to enable learning opportunities that would help them grow creative, independent and confident.
Poornima is a professionally trained Montessori educator. Hailing from a family of teachers, she is deeply involved in working with young children. She believes in laying a strong foundation during the early childhood years. She believes learning is a two way process and seeks every possible opportunity to draw inspiration and insights from the chikldren.
Priya has a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Management. She was enamoured by the Montessori philosophy and pursued a diploma in Montessori from IMTC, Chennai. She believes that when exposed to the Montessori method of learning from very early, children develop a great sense of order, coordination, concentration, and independence. Priya loves her days at school and strives not to waste even a minute when she is with the children.
Radha Sankaran is a Montessori facilitator and finds her true joy in working with children. She believes children should be allowed to learn at their own pace in order for them to fully realize their potential. She is keen to introduce creative and innovative methods in her teaching and takes special interest in those who need help early. An engineering graduate, she is also an ISEB Certified Testing Professional and Oracle Certified Professional, she has conducted training programs for corporate executives.
Lalitha loves working with young children and it gives her lot of energy and enthusiasm to help the young minds. She has a Montessori Diploma from the Indian Montessori Training Centre and a Certification in Montessori, from American Montessori Internationale. She believes in creating a learning environment filled with love, care and patience, for the holistic development of children. She has over 6 years of teaching experience and promotes teamwork amongst her students.

Sharmila is a dedicated Montessori teacher and has been with Harishree for over 3 years. She loves to work with children and watch them develop at their own pace and potential. She believes every child is a genius and is born into this world with a purpose. It is the responsibility of the adult is to kindle their curiosity, for them to explore and make their own discoveries. She combines creative elements with the Montessori methodology and endeavours to make her class interesting and fun.
Shweta Suresh did her graduation with a Journalism major and acquired a diploma in Montessori training. I am a Journalism graduate. She loves to interact with children and work with them. She is an enthusiastic learner herself, enjoys challenges and anything creative and artistic in nature.
