From the Principal’s Desk

The world is more connected than ever before; it requires leaders who can work together and empathize with fellow human beings, for which they need to gain fresh appreciation and understanding of culture and diversity. We are committed to partnering with parents of CHSV in nurturing the next generation of leaders.

I believe that successful students communicate in a meaningful way for a variety of purposes and audiences, pose questions, examine possibilities, and apply skills to find solutions to genuine issues, and thus contribute to the community in a collaborative and respectful manner. The school experience sets the platform for success later in life and provides a lifetime of positive memories for students. The parents and school should work together to instill discipline and values in children to equip them to face their future with courage and rational thought.

It is my top priority to provide students with an exciting, engaging and effective learning environment, full of rich experiences. Our four core elements – personal, academics, activities, and services – are synchronized so that students are equipped with the skills, ambition and compassion to impact ethically and significantly in a global context. We challenge and channelize students to set high expectations for themselves and support them to achieve their highest potential. I am an avid supporter of effective and innovative professional development that encourages teachers to be reflective and continuously assess our practices to provide quality teaching and learning for each learner. Ongoing professional development will be one of our key focus areas this year.

My message to all parents is to stay involved. This form of two-way mentoring will ensure meaningful education and each child’s well-being.

We are sure that our students of yesterday, today and tomorrow will carry forward the motto of love and harmony entrusted in their hands at their Alma Mater.
