Children’s Day 2014

Children’s Day was celebrated on the 14th of November between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm at Hari Shree.

The teachers of the school put up an array of programs for the students of classes 2 to 12.

Classes two and three were entertained by a talented magician in the dining hall. The students were delighted and amazed by water disappearing from a cup and flowers coming out of plain cloth, to name a few.

Classes four and five were shown a powerpoint presentation on Children’s Day by their class teachers and subject teachers in Room no.1.

Classes six, seven, and eight watched a series of programs organized and presented by the teachers in the Auditorium. The teachers first sang a western song, followed by a mime on teamwork, followed by a ‘Dwarf Dance’ on coordination.

A short film, called ‘Lamb to the Slaughter’, was screened for students of Class nine.

‘The Secret Life of Walter Mitty’ was screened for classes ten, eleven, and twelve in the Audio Visual Room.

The students enjoyed the program thoroughly.
